Sustainable due diligence for more than 40 retail properties.

Prowinko, an international real estate player with a strong focus on retail, engaged LAMMP for a thorough analysis of their real estate portfolio.

In total, we examined more than 40 retail properties, spread across different locations, with the aim of obtaining a clear and substantiated picture of their current state and sustainable future potential.

With our Master Plan ASAP, we conducted full due diligence. That included preparing EPC NRs and filing EPB tertiary returns, as needed.

We also mapped the technical condition of each building through comprehensive condition state measurements and worked out a multi-year maintenance plan for each building. Based on a gap analysis, we determined how far away the existing buildings are from the sustainability goals set by Prowinko. We eventually compiled all these insights into a clear and strategic sustainability roadmap.

The result is a complete overview that allows Prowinko to make informed choices. Not only to comply with regulations, but also to manage their retail portfolio in a future-proof and sustainable manner, with an eye for returns and social responsibility.
