Through our proven Master Plan ASAP, we conducted targeted sustainability due diligence, with the goal of obtaining a clear and reliable picture of the sustainability value and energy performance of the building in question.

Within a tight timing, we mapped the relevant sustainability parameters and tested them against applicable regulations and future requirements. Thanks to our integral approach, KBC received a clear overview of the risks, opportunities and investment needs associated with the building – crucial information for a well-founded assessment of the transaction.
