We design how buildings work for people in the most sustainable way.
Approaching real estate from a holistic perspective, we support property owners, managers, developers, and users to maximize the benefits of a property while minimizing its environmental impact.
We work evidence-based, so data is at the core of everything we do.
LAMMP provides environmental, social and economic services to make real estate more enjoyable and durable. We work both project-based and program-based, from early conception to full implementation. We want to create pleasant, efficient living and working environments for users, communities and other stakeholders, while reducing the impact of buildings on resource consumption. Our customers are architects, investors, project developers, HR-and facility managers, care institutions, but we collaborate with local governments as well.
Whether we design from scratch or focus on building optimization, DBFMO is our standard approach. DBFMO refers to a collaborative methodology to realize and run real estate with multiple parties, concentrating on 5 activities: Design - Build - Finance - Maintain - Operate.
For us, the DBFMO-process is an indivisible whole, in which these 5 actions work synergistically to create the optimal building for multiple stakeholders.
