Building performance contract

We offer you a Building Performance Contract as an integrator and a contract manager. This is a top-level agreement which diverts the risks from you (the owner, investor) to us (the administrator). 

  • We guarantee a fixed operational cost. Is the OpEx. lower than estimated? Then you get extra money back. Is the OpEx. higher than estimated? Then we pay the difference.
  • We optimize your building so it becomes one of an even greater value.

Michael is the Chief Executive Officer of LAMMP. He is a digital native who is raised in the analog real estate sector. He knows that there is no use in pushing technology for the sake of it. Next to his technology and technical input, Michael leads the team and is always available to listen to your concerns and feedback to enhance LAMMP (as every team member is).
