We offer you a Building Performance Contract as an integrator and a contract manager. This is a top-level agreement which diverts the risks from you (the owner, investor) to us (the administrator).

Lisa is our dedicated Fosbury & Sons project manager. Her experience in software combined with here study of facility management leads towards a smooth building experience for the members of Fosbury & Sons.
Stéphanie is our go-to person for... everything. First of all is she responsible for everything related to invoices and administration. Secondly, she helps Michael - and actually everyone else in our office - wherever and whenever she can. Last but not least, she is also responsible for the follow-up of our customer relations.
Florence manages our ticketing system. This system collects tickets with additional requests from clients or problems that occur on site that require a form of action to solve them. Florence takes on the communication of this ticketing system and looks for fitting solutions for each one of them.
